The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, located at 150 W. Fourth St. in Jamestown, has undergone more than $14 million in renovations over the past two years. It was initially expected to open in July 2018, but setbacks have resulted in a January 2019 scheduled opening.
JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown Post-Journal says the new DoubleTree by Hilton, located on 4th street in Jamestown, will be opening at the end of January.
According to officials with the project the opening date has been set for Tuesday, Jan. 29. Hotel officials will start off with a soft opening with a grand opening celebration planned in February.
A total of $19 million in renovations has gone toward the project, which involved upgrading and converting the former Ramada Hotel into the DoubleTree by Hilton.
