DUNKIRK, NY – Local authorities are searching for a Dunkirk woman who they believe is connected to a fatal stabbing incident that took place the afternoon of Wednesday, May 15 in Dunkirk.
Police say 26-year-old Ashlyann Lopez is the main suspect wanted in connection with the recent stabbing death of a 15-year-old girl.
Lopez is wanted for charges of manslaughter with intent to cause serious physical injury. Her last known address is listed as 96 S. Roberts Road, Dunkirk. She is described as 5-foot-4 inches tall, 160 pounds with hazel eyes.
The incident took place after school let out and drew a crowd of at least 50 onlookers.
