Jamestown Fire crews outside 39 Pennsylvania Avenue
Jamestown Fire Department responded to a house fire on Pennsylvania Avenue late Wednesday afternoon.
Battalion Chief Roger Sigular said crews found light smoke when they arrived at 39 Pennsylvania Avenue. He said the interior of the one-story house was then found to have heavy smoke.
The owner of the house wasn’t home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.
The cause is currently unknown.
