JAMESTOWN – Jamestown High School will hold its annual Homecoming Weekend this Friday through Sunday.
Throughout the school week, JHS has been celebrating “Spirit Week” with a different theme each week during the buildup to homecoming weekend.
On Friday, JHS will hold a Pep Rally for students. The JHS senior class will also host a Tailgate Party open to all JHS classes at 5 p.m. in the Allen Park Ice Arena parking lot. The annual Homecoming Parade will begin at 6 p.m. starting at the Allen Park Ice Arena to Strider Field. The JHS Varsity Red Raiders Football team will play Frontier at 7 p.m.
Saturday’s activities include multiple home sporting events:
- Varsity/JV Boys Soccer vs. St. Francis HS, 12 p.m. – Soccer Field
- Varsity Girls Soccer Home vs. Fredonia, 10 a.m. – Soccer Field
- Varsity Girls Tennis vs. Frewsburg, 11 a.m. – JHS
- JV Girls Soccer vs. Olean, 2 p.m. – Soccer Field
The annual Homecoming Dance will be Saturday night at Jefferson Middle School.
On Sunday, a Junior vs. Senior Girls Powder Puff flag football game will be played at 10:30 a.m. on Strider Field.
