The Jamestown Post-Journal is reporting that a Westfield man has been charged with murder and arson in the fire that killed a Ripley woman in August.
40-year old Jonathan Wilson has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 3rd Degree Arson and Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.
