WRFA public affairs director Jason Sample talks with Norman Green, Democratic Elections Commissioner for Chautauqua County, as well as Chautauqua County Democratic Committee Chairman. Green talks about the 2015 election, including what prospective candidates need to know if they plan to run for public office. In addition, he offers details on his party’s effort to find candidates for the Chautauqua County Legislature, which currently seats 14 Republicans to just five Democrats.
