JAMESTOWN – Alumni and current artists from Jamestown High School were recently chosen to showcase their artwork at the Alley Art Gallery in the Wintergarden Plaza.

Thanks to a coordinated effort between the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation and Jamestown Public Schools, along with Funding from the Gebbie Foundation, six new pieces of artwork were installed late last month.

Students who’s work was featured include, Jacqueline Southwell (Class of 2014), Alex Harvey (Class of 2014), Jessica Pace (Class of 2014), Jakira Maisonet (Class of 2015), Brayton Lydell (Class of 2015) and Kate Tucker (Class of 2016).

The artwork will be on permanent display in the Wintergarden Plaza, joining the artwork of more than a dozen other past students in both the plaza, on the side of the Mason Art building as well as in Potters Alley – all located in downtown Jamestown.
