JAMESTOWN – A movie that is up for three Oscar Awards – including Best Film and Best Actress – will be shown Thursday night at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts.
The British film ‘Philomena’ is based on a true story and stars Judi Dench as an aging irish Mother who sets out to America to find the child she was forced to give up for adoption many years earlier. The film begins at 8 p.m. and costs just $5 per ticket. A second showing will also take place on Saturday night at the same time.
