Sheriff’s Office Seeks Help in Identifying Man who Stole Beer in Hanover

MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a larceny investigation from a store in the Town of Hanover.

On July 13 at 9:53 p.m., a white male with a beard and sunglasses entered the store and stole two 30 packs of beer.  The male then fled the scene in a vehicle heading west on Routes 5 and 20.  The Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in identifying the individual.  Attached are four still photographs from store video.
