STOW, NY – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding the individual involved in a strong armed robbery that occurred Wednesday night at the U.S. Post Office in Stow.
Investigators say the incident took place at about 7:30 p.m. at the post office, located at 3479 Old Bridge Rd., Stow. They say an unknown male reportedly physically assaulted a female while she was at the drop box of the post office and took her property. No other details – including a possible description of the suspect – have been released.
