CELORON – The Resource Center will host a meeting Monday night to update people with disabilities and families on changes impacting the way services are delivered. The meeting will take place in The Resource Center’s administrative offices, located inside the former Celoron school on Dunham Avenue. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Changes are taking place at the state and federal levels that will affect the ways in which employment, residential and other services are provided to people with developmental disabilities. Topics to be addressed at The Resource Center’s meetings include changes in the delivery of Pre-Vocational Services; “Front Door”; “Consolidated Supports & Services”; “Self-Directed Plans”; “Money Follows the Person”; and “Coordinated Assessment System.
