WESTFIELD – A Westfield man is in the county jail on $25,000 bail for allegedly burglarizing a home.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday afternoon Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on 3rd St in Westfield. An investigation revealed that 23 year-old Andrew Lindstrom allegedly entered and remained in a residence without the owner’s permission and also allegedly removed property from that residence.
Lindstrom was located a short time later, charged with burglary, possession of stolen property and petty larceny, and arraigned before being sent to the county jail.
