JAMESTOWN – The Robert H. Jackson Center is reminding the public that the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, Fourth Department will hear oral arguments in a regular session of Court at the Jackson Center on Thursday, October 25. This is a unique privilege for the Jackson Center, as the Court has never held a session outside of the courthouse other than at a school of law.
Oral arguments in the Jackson Center’s Cappa Theatre will begin at 10 a.m., and will be followed by a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program featuring Fourth Department Justices and staff members from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The program is free and open to the public. Advance registration is required for the CLE online or by telephone at (716) 483-6646.
