JAMESTOWN – Chautauqua County Roller Derby’s Babes of Wrath will roll in to the Jamestown Savings Bank Arena on Saturday night with their latest summer bout, Live Rude Girls!
The Babes will square off against EMRD’s Allegheny River Rats in their third home bout of the 2015 season. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., the action starts at 7:30.
Pre-sale tickets are $10, available at the arena box office, or through the arena web site. Tickets at the door are $12, kids under 12 get in free.
As always, the Babes of Wrath will donate a portion of their proceeds to local charities this season.
After the bout, the teams will host an after party at Forte where you can meet your favorite skaters and find out more about this fast growing sport.
ABOUT: Flat track roller derby is a fast-paced, contact sport. Speed, strategy, and athleticism are combined in a sport that require players to play offense and defense at the same time. Players and league members are all volunteers from the community, from all walks of life, supporting a challenging and competitive sport.
