JAMESTOWN – A city man faces drug and child endangerment charges after an investigation found crack cocaine inside his home.
City police say investigators executed a search warrant at 40 Thayer St. Thursday afternoon and found 11 grams of crack. Police arrested 22 year-old Darin Butts Jr. on drug charges. They say an 18-year-old female and a small child were also inside and Butts was also charged with child endangerment. The 18-year-old – whose name was not released – was also charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Both were taken to Jamestown City Court to await arraignment.
