JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail Wednesday on second- and third-degree rape charges.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff Office says 27 year-old Thomas Fisher of East Sixth Street, was taken into custody at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday without incident following the execution of a search warrant at his residence. Fisher had been wanted on the alleged rape charges. No other details into the alleged incident were provided.
Fisher is expected to appear in county court at a later date.
