The vacant lot at 29 W. Main Street in the village of Falconer is the central piece of a downtown development plan officials will be unveiling to the public on Tuesday.
FALCONER – Home Leasing LLC will be hosting a public meeting regarding their proposed West Main Street Mixed-Use Downtown Development Project on Tuesday, August 13 at 5 p.m. in the Falconer Fire Hall.
Residents, property owners, business owners, and any other stakeholder who cares about the future of the village is invited to attend and meet the potential developers, review the conceptual site plan, and hear an overview of their proposed project.
Light refreshments will begin at 5 p.m. followed by a formal presentation, including a question and comment session, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The presentation is expected to last approximately 1 hour.
