MAYVILLE – The best tasting water in Chautauqua County can be found in Frewsburg.
That’s according to the Chautauqua County department of of Health and Human Services, which conducted its annual Water Tasting Contest at Chautauqua Mall on Saturday, May 17, 2014.
The Village of Frewsburg will now go on to represent Chautauqua County in the regional competition to be held in Rochester in July.
More than one hundred members of the public judged the annual event which included water from Brocton (A), Mayville (B), Jamestown (C), Fredonia (D), Frewsburg (E) and Sherman (F).
