JAMESTOWN – Local police have made another arrest in their fight against the selling of heroin in the area.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 41 year-old Juan A. Perez Aponte was arrested last week on a warrant at his Ellicott St. residence.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug task force says that Perez Aponte allegedly sold quantities of heroin to undercover agents from his home on Ellicott Street. He was arraigned on drug related charges in city court and then committed to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
