JPD Captain Robert Samuelson says the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Thursday morning at 20 E. 5th St., Apt 21. Inside the apartment investigators found 34 year-old Timothy S. Smith and three small children ranging in ages from 2 to 6 years-old. Samuelson says investigators also found and seized a quantity of crack cocaine (18.5 grams) and more than $800 in cash.

Smith was taken into custody and has been charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 3 counts of Endangering the welfare of a child.
