According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo, 32 year-old Barrett Johnson of Jamestown was one of two people charged Friday in U.S. District Court.
The other person was 47 year-old Richard Clarke, a Canadian citizen living in Buffalo. An investigation beginning in March 2015 determined that Clarke had allegedly supplied Johnson with ecstasy and molly over a 10-month period.
Both men were charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
