JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man has been arrested on charges related to second degree rape.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 20 year old Justin Putt of the Spanish Gates Apartment has been charged with three counts of second degree rape in connection to an investigation that occurred in Bemus Point in June.
Putt is accused of allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with a juvenile female on several occasions.
Following an investigation, he was arraigned on his charges and sent to the county jail on $25,000 cash bail.
