A Jamestown man has pled guilty to manslaughter in the death of an infant.
Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt said 27-year old Matthew Nuttall made the plea Wednesday, February 18 during a pre-trial conference in County Court. On April 13, 2024, Nuttall threw 16-month old Isaac Benton of Jamestown onto a Pack ‘n Play playpen while watching him, causing Isaac’s death.
He will be sentenced April 20, 2026.
