Jamestown Police Arrest City Resident Following Wednesday Morning Raid on Prendergast Ave.

JAMESTOWN – A 19 year old Jamestown man is behind bars after an investigation has found he was allegedly selling marijuana in the city.

Jamestown police say 19-year-old Armando Jenks was arrested early Wednesday morning following an investigation at 839 Prendergast Ave.  According to a JPD media release, the arrest took place as part of an investigation innto the illegal sale and trafficking of drugs in the area.

ch warrant just before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. Inside the home, the located Jenks, along with more than 13 ounces of marijuana and a large quantity of cash.

Jenks was taken into custody and is awaiting arraignment in the city jail on a charge of 3rd Criminal Possession of Marijuana.
