The Jamestown Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the board room at 197 Martin Road. The meeting will be for approval of personnel for the start of the school year.
In addition, the Jamestown High School will hold its annual Freshmen & New Student Orientation Thursday in the JHS auditorium. Students should arrive for orientation based on the first letter of their last name:
- Letters A to L – 9 a.m.
- Letters M to Z and all football players – 1 p.m.
Students will receive their schedules and also have an opportunity to tour the building during Orientation.
