January 10, 2018 By WRFA Radio Leave a Comment

Matthew Antolini

BROCTON – A state corrections officer who lives in Arkwright is facing charges for allegedly having a personal relationship while employed at the Lakeview Shock Incarceration Facility in Brocton.

According to State Police, 38 year old Matthew Antolini faces two counts of official misconduct.  Antolini was taken into custody Monday and issued an appearance ticket to be in Arkwright Town Court at a later date.

No other details were made available.

The announcement comes after the recent arrest of 41 year-old James Beam Jr. of Silver Creek, who also worked at Lakeview and was charged with third-degree rape and several counts of official misconduct after an investigation found he had a relationship with an inmate.

Lakeview Shock is a state-run minimum security prison for men and women that provides alcohol/substance abuse treatment for non-violent offenders.
