JAMESTOWN – City police are asking for the public’s help in getting more information on a rollover accident that took place last week in downtown Jamestown.
Police say the accident occurred at the intersection of Fourth and Washington Streets around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5. The incident involved a silver Toyota SUV colliding with a black Honda, causing the SUV to land on its side. The drivers of each vehicle have a different version of what happened and so police are asking for any witness to come forward and help clarify some of the details.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident to call 483-7531.
