JAMESTOWN – A major name in the world of figure skating will be coming to Jamestown later this week.

Ice Dreams, an Olympic Ice Show starring two-time Olympian and 3-time U.S. National Champion Johnny Weir – plus a cast of national champions and aspiring local skaters – will be at the Jamestown Savings Bank Arena in Jamestown, NY on Saturday, May 11, at 7:00 p.m.

Joining Weir on the ice will be some of the top figure skating talent expected to compete in the Sochi Winter Games in 2014 including: U.S. National Champion Max Aaron; Samantha Cesario Junior Grand Prix medalist; Canadian National Silver Medalists Piper Gilles & Paul Poirier; and 2-time Olympian and 7-times Estonian National Champion Elena Glebova.

The entertaining show also offers young skaters from the Jamestown Skating Club, the Amherst Skating Club and other local rinks the chance to skate in the show on the same ice as their Olympic heroes.

Weir, a 3-time U.S. Champion and 2-time Olympian and World medalist is one of the superstars of figure skating and emerging pop-culture icon. He is the star of his own reality series, Be Good Johnny on the Logo Network.

Tickets are available at www.icedreamstour.com or by calling 212-600-4330.
