JAMESTOWN – A city man is in Chautauqua County Jail after being arrested for allegedly operating a crack house near the downtown. City Police say officers executed a search warrant at 106 W. Eighth St. on morning after learning the location was allegedly being used by the occupant, 30 year old Sean Harris, for the sole purpose of crack cocaine sales and use.
Harris was located inside the home and was taken into custody and charged with first-degree felony criminal nuisance. Other charges are also pending.
Anyone who has information on the illegal sales of narcotics is asked to contact the Jamestown Police Department’s anonymous tip line at 483-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
