JAMESTOWN – City police have arrested a 53-year-old Pennsylvania man on a charge of public lewdness after an incident was reported near Jamestown High School.
City police say the incident took place in the area of East First Street around 7:30 a.m. Thursday when David Kuzminski of Russell, Pa., allegedly exposed himself to female students. He was arrested after students reported his behavior to a Jamestown High School resource officer.
Kuzminksi was charged with public lewdness and is being held at the City Jail awaiting arraignment.
