Several Events Mark Homecoming Weekend for Jamestown High School

JAMESTOWN  Jamestown High School will hold its annual Homecoming Weekend with activities starting Friday and continuing on Saturday.  The annual Homecoming Parade will begin Friday at 6 p.m. at the Allen Park Ice Arena to Strider Field. The JHS Varsity Red Raiders Football team will play Frontier at 7 p.m.

The 2016 JHS Homecoming Court is: Hannah Abbott, Anthony Clavell, Amelia Dolce, Kelly Emerson, Alexa Huntington, Caroline Lopez, Icelynn Milliner, Jordan Olds, Brandon Pope, Ben Russo, Courtney Russo, Drew Simmons, Tariq Strudwick, Tayven Vazquez, Emily Walsh and Ryan Whisner.

Also on Friday, the Jamestown Sports Boosters will be holding a fundraiser dinner at Jefferson Middle School from 5 to 6:15 p.m. Cost for each ticket is $7 and can be purchased in the JHS Athletic Office.

Saturday’s Homecoming activities continue with home sporting events:

  • Girls Tennis Home vs. Dunkirk at 10 a.m.
  • Varsity Boys Soccer Home vs. Frontier at 10 a.m.
  • Varsity Girls Soccer Home vs. Fredonia at 1 p.m.
