JAMESTOWN – Two city residents have been arrested on drug charges following an investigation into the trafficking and sale of heroin in the area.

Jamestown Police say members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and State Police C-NET Team executed a search warrant Friday afternoon at 25 W. Ninth St. The warrant was issued after an investigation determined that heroin was allegedly being sold from a home at 130 Fairview Ave. and later at the Ninth Street location.

Police recovered 85 bags of heroin from the Ninth Street location.

Arrested was 51 year-old Jeffrey Myers and 22 year-old Bradley McKay – who each face drug-related charges.

Both are being held in Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.
