MAYVILLE – Two Erie residents face charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies reportedly found them passed out inside a vehicle in a Mayville Parking lot.
Sheriff deputies say 28 year-old Anthony Dzuricky and 27 year-old Zachary Griffin face charges related to drug possession, with Griffin also facing a charge of DWAI.
Deputies were called to the parking lot at 14 N. Erie St. in Mayville on Wednesday and found the two unresponsive Mayville of 2 subjects that appeared to be unresponsive in a parked motor vehicle. Griffin was in the driver seat of the vehicle, with the engine running. Deputies were able to wake up the subjects and determine that they were not in need of medical assistance. Officers also observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and a search warrant turned up a quantity of narcotics, including Molly, narcotics paraphernalia and a quantity of currency.
Both men were arraigned in the Town of Chautauqua Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
