MAYVILLE – Chautauqua County Executive Greg Edwards has extended the application period for those wishing to apply for the open position of Chautauqua County Veterans Service Agency director. Applications will now be accepted until Friday, May 25, 2012.
Edwards says he has extended the time to encourage anyone who is interested or knows of qualified candidates to get their applications submitted. This position became available when New York State hired Chautauqua County’s Veterans Service Agency Director Troy Smith to become the State Veteran Service Officer for Chautauqua County.
