On Oct. 16, 2013, WRFA Public Affairs Director Jason Sample talked with Peter Lombardi from the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation and Chris Toepfer, executive director of The Neighborhood Foundation. Toepfer is a Chicago-based artist and painter hired to help improve the exterior façade of the Arcade Building in Jamestown, NY, located on the east side of North Main Street between First Street and the railroad viaduct.
