Admission to the Audubon Community Nature Center building will be free Monday, October 12 in celebration of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.
Visitors can visit the building for free between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. In addition to the indoor Nature Play Area, there are interactive displays, a collection of live animals, and the Blue Heron Gift Shop. The nearly 600-acre nature preserve outdoors is always free, dawn to dusk.
