A Brocton man died following a car accident in Dewittville.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said that deputies responded to the accident just before 7:30 a.m., Saturday, September 12 on Burdick Road in the town of Chautauqua.
Deputies determined that a vehicle driven by 44-year old Ryan Evans was traveling north on Burdick Road when it left the road, went into an embankment, and struck a tree. Evans died as a result of the accident.
