Four Arrested Following Investigation into Heroin Trafficking in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN – An ongoing investigation into the sales and trafficking of heroin into the Jamestown area has led investigators from the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force to execute a search warrant at 30 Stow St. on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 12.

According to a media release from the Jamestown Police Department, at 2 p.m. Wednesday officers made entry into the residence and investigators located four individuals in the home, along with an undisclosed quantity of heroin, and an illegal stun gun.

Arrested were:

  • Angel Cruz, 40 – Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th Degree
  • Anthony Cruz,30 – Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th Degree
  • Sasha Cruz, 33 – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Fugitive from Justice for being wanted in Warren Co. for Retail Theft
  • Zuleyka Fuentes-Cruz, 30 – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree

All four individuals were taken to the city jail and are awaiting arraignment.
