LAKEWOOD – Hospice Chautauqua County will hold its annual Remembrance Service and Butterfly Release on Sunday, June 7 to commemorate loved ones who have passed away.
The service will be held at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church at Fairmount Ave. in Lakewood, NY at 2 p.m. A Hospice Chaplain will officiate and the program will include music and poetry
Following the service, a Butterfly Release will take place in the Hospice Memorial Garden across the street from the church. A reception will follow.
