BUFFALO – A Jamestown man convicted of selling heroin will serve 10 years in prison for his crime.
The Jamestown Post-Journal is reporting Friday that 35 year-old Boris Aguayo-Matos, who was recently convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 1 kilogram or more of heroin and possession of a firearm, was sentenced to 121 months in prison on Thursday.
Aguayo-Matos was arrested in Celoron in March 2011 by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies during a large-scale investigation into the trafficking of heroin. He was one of eight people arrested in the sting and all other connected to the investigation have also been convicted and sentenced.
