Jamestown Police are investigating two shootings that happened near downtown Wednesday night.
JPD said that officers were called around 9:40 p.m. to an area near East Eighth and Fulton Streets for a report of a shooting. Officers found an 18-year old man with non-life threatening gun shot wounds. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. About 30 minutes later, officers were called to the 7-11 store on North Main Street for another shooting. There were no injuries in that incident.
JPD said both shootings were targeted attacks and are connected.
