Chautauqua County Executive George Borrello released his 2020 budget proposal on Sept. 25, 2019. The budget includes no increase to the property tax rate but does require some use of the county’s fund balance. Also included is a reaction to the budget presentation by Legislator Pierre Chagnon (R-Bemus Point), chair of the legislature’s Audit and Control Committee.
