This week the congressman responds to questions involving the president’s proposed fiscal year 2018 budget, which was sent to Congress on Tuesday morning. In addition, he discusses the appointment of Robert Mueller as special council to the investigation into an alleged connection between the Trump Campaign and Russia. And he offered his thoughts on the news of a terror attack/suicide bombing that took place Monday night in Manchester, England.
