MAYVILLE – A Mayville man has been charged following a burglary incident that took place this past weekend at the Chautauqua Harbor House Restaurant.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says the burglary took place between Saturday night and Sunday morning, when the suspect allegedly removed a door from the hinges and then entered the business and stole various food items.
A hidden camera captured the incident and following an investigation, police were able to arrest 23 year-old Dylan Graziano.
Graziano was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree, Felony Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny. He was arraigned in the town of Chautauqua Court and sent to the county jail on $5000 bail.
