Police Arrest Three on Drug Charges, Child Endangerment Following Wednesday Drug Raid on Sixth Street

JAMESTOWN – The ongoing investigation into the illegal sales and trafficking of illegal drugs and other criminal activity resulted in members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and State Police C-NET unit to execute a search warrant Wednesday morning at 510 W. Sixth St.

According to a media release from the Jamestown Police Department, Inside the home investigators found a quantity of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, along two small children, ages 3 and 10.

Arrested were 27 year-old James Blue, 31 year-old Lakeia Boyd, and 23 year-old Sheldon Harper. All three have been charged with Cr. Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia. Boyd was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

All three were sent to the city jail to await arraignment.
