A Ripley woman’s body was discovered during a fire investigation in the town of Westfield.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Investigation team were investigating a fire at a camper and small structure located at 7984 McKinley Road the early afternoon of Wednesday, August 6.
During the investigation, the body of 43-year old Alice Waters was found inside one of the burned structures.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
