SILVER CREEK – A man from southern Erie County has been arrested on burglary charges following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff deputies say 33 year-old Jack Warrior of Lawtons, NY was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. Monday for allegedly entering a home in Silver Creek without permission and tampering with property inside the home.
He was charged with Burglary 2nd and Criminal Tampering 3rd. Following arraignment in Hanover Town Court he was sent to the count jail on $60,000 bail.
