JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown Board of Public Utilities is reporting a large water main break in the vicinity of Percell School this morning. The school has water but the following locations do not have water while repairs are under way: Baker Street from Newland to Hazeltine; Connecticut from Harvard to Baker; Delevan from Cityview to Baker.
Parents are asked to avoid Baker Street at Percell today as the Road is closed on Baker from Connecticut to Indiana. Once repairs are finished, residents in the area can also expect to see roily water for 12 to 18 hours.
