SHERIDAN – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the name of the man who was killed earlier this week after falling of a train in the town of Sheridan. Investigators identified the deceased as 31-year-old Brian Kircher of Greenwood, Ca. Officiers say the incident took place at about 5 p.m. Wednesday when Kircher fell off a car from a CSX Train that was traveling through Sheridan. They say he was illegally riding the train and fell from it while it was in motion. Kircher sustained fatal injuries from the fall and was found dead at the scene.
