CHAUTAUQUA – A Brocton man was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after being involved in a crash last week in the town of Chautauqua.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 46 year-old Jason Selig of Brocton was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed operation and Failing to keep right.
The crash took place Wednesday on Rt. 430 in the town of Chautauqua. Selig was driving a pickup truck and allegedly crossed the center line and into a ditch on the opposite side of the roadway. The truck rolled over as a result.
No injuries were reported and Selig will appear in court at a later date.
